All of my digital commissions will be painted at poster size (18 x 24in, 300 ppi). This will ensure you are able to print the commission yourself at whatever size you desire. *note: This commission type is not a physical painting, it will be sent to you as a file to download onto your favorite device.

Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate more than one pet in the 10 x 10in size because there is not enough space for two subjects. I will give a discount to clients who wanted to purchase each pet on their own 10 x 10in for a combo commission, I would discount the second painting by 25%.

The passion behind the paintings.
For me, commissions are enjoyable because they let me see what makes your animal special. I can see the character that makes each companion unique and amazing. From the twinkle in their eyes, to their individual attitudes, from surprising markings and silly smiles, it brings me joy to see such bright and vibrant personalities shine though each subject as I get to know them through the process of painting . What I aim to capture is the essence of what makes every creature individually unique.

Non-digital commissions will be finished with appropriate varnish and left to dry for 24 hours in a well ventilated space to ensure the piece is ready for shipment.
What to expect
Once your non-digital commission is ready I will package it in an acid free sleeve along with a business card and personal note. Then it will be placed into a padded priority USPS mailer and shipped to it's new home.

How do commissions work?
If you are new to commissioning work, fear not! The process is fairly simple. To capture your pet's personality, markings and likeness, I need some photos, and for you to fill out my "pet personality" form.
1. Please fill out the Pet Personality Form found here:

2. Once I receive the form and have reviewed the commission information, I will reply a paypal listing for your custom order as long as I do not have any questions or need clarification. Please note: Paypal invoices must be paid in full within 24 hours of the commission being accepted. By submitting the Pet Personality Form you are confirming the above terms.
3. Payment: I will get to work as soon as your PayPal invoice is received. You'll receive a progress photo during the sketch phase, to ensure that I'm on the right track and that you'll be happy with the finished product. I am easy going in terms of altering angle/pose or expression, I can also add more elements or other animals. *Please note: any additions made after the paypal invoice is paid will be an extra cost to the commissioner.

4. Production time is 1-2 weeks (rush requests may be possible - just ask!)
5. Your satisfaction is guaranteed! When the painting is done, I'll send you a photo for approval and make any final adjustments you'd prefer (within what is possible for non-digital media).
6. Shipping: If you commissioned a non-digital portrait, your artwork will be protectively in a padded folder & shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you along with instructions for care once the portrait is completed. Shipping takes 7-10 days for US residents. If you are outside of the USA ship time might take longer based on customs.
